An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), also known as a periodic inspection or landlord safety report, is an official document issued after a detailed assessment of an electrical installation. The report highlights any observations, recommendations, or required actions to ensure compliance with British Standard BS 7671. This inspection must be completed by a qualified and experienced electrician or an approved contractor.
